Oh, my goodness, Christine, now that is service beyond the call of duty. I did not expect you to go back to Fed Ex after just leaving, but I do appreciate so much your kindness in doing so. This is such a sad time for this family, and I think your cookies will show our love for them much better than flowers ever could. I would never have thought of sending cookies in sympathy without your first mailing stating the possible occasions for ordering. It makes sense, tho', in that for a local death, the first thing one does is take food to the family. Thanks again for such great service.

My daughter and I recently moved back to Florida. Her boyfriend helped her move out of her apartment. As a thank you, I order a box of Really Good Cookies. Christine always sends an email confirming the order and gives you a tracking number for the shipment. I like watching all the stops and seeing when the cookies arrives because every time I order Really Good Cookies, I immediately get a phone call telling me how wonderful they are. I checked on his cookies and they seemed to be stalled in the shipping office in his hometown. I emailed Christine and she immediately called me back to say how sorry she was that the shipper reported that the cookies were damaged. I teased Christine and told her that the people in the shipping office took one whiff of the box and ate the Really Good Cookies. The shipper sent the box back to Christine so she could see the damage. She called me laughing when the box came. The box was not damaged at all. Where the Really Good Cookies had been taken out was a neat cut. They are so good, they get stolen! Christine and I had a good laugh. She sent another box and, of course, as always he called immediately to tell me they were r-e-a-l-l-y g-o-o-d c-o-o-k-i-e-s!

I first experienced Really Good Cookies because of the generosity of a family friend. My sister lost her battle with breast cancer. Not your typical funeral food, we received one of Christine’s pink ribbon cookie boxes. Part of the proceeds got to breast cancer research. I thought it was a very meaningful gift and so generous of Christine. We devoured the cookies. They ARE really good cookies.
